These People Wore the Worst Dresses in the World and There's No Forgiving That

6.Part Blanket, Part Towel, Part Dress

This is absolutely the perfect dress for those moments when you just came out of the shower and you're not sure whether you're in the mood to go out or just call it a day and hit the bed. This outfit was designed for both city wandering and sleeping in. The top section yells "Take me to a bar," while the bottom section shouts "Tuck me in." Ultimately, it also somewhat resembles a towel. Though we don't particularly "get" this clothing, we have never truly seen something quite like it. The adaptability of this clothing is really remarkable. The designer seemed to be choosing a "why not all?" approach instead of a single goal as he couldn seem to decide upon one. This multifarious piece of apparel questions our assumptions about what a dress ought to be and do. It's evidence of how always changing fashion is, where comfort meets style in the most unusual manner. The visual dichotomy produced by the party-ready top against the cosy bottom is interesting and confusing. One wonders about the useful use for such a clothing. Is it made for those unsure times when you have to decide between a night in or out? Alternatively it could be a remark on the hectic pace of contemporary life, in which we are always ready to change from one situation to another at will. All the same, this outfit most definitely defies accepted fashion design norms.
